Repository|List Registry entry

Specifies restrictions for the querying of multimedia repositories.

Usage

This Registry entry can be assigned to users and groups:

where:

name;name;...

is a semicolon separated list of repositories.

Users affected by this entry are limited in their multimedia queries to records that contain name in the Repository: (Characteristics) field.

This entry is used in conjunction with the Repository|Default Registry entry.

Note: If there is no Repository|Default Registry entry and users insert records without entering a value in the Repository field, the existence of this entry will prevent users from being able to search for those records.

Examples

This entry specifies that users in group Registrations may only query for multimedia records that contain Registrations Repository in the Repository field of the Multimedia records:
